For this project, I have selected the brief for Diesel. This brief requires
- A minimum of 2 Illustrations, each based on a different track from a band or artist that inspires me
- A clear, short and consise presentation on how the illustrations would be used in an unconventional music experience
- 300 words about how I decided to interpret the music
- the .mp3's of the tracks
Of course there is the larger/main part of this project, which is asking for
- 2 x A3 Boards (min) on Black mounting board
- Supportive Sketchbook, Blog (this) and Reference folder
- Final visual idea presentation (15 mins)
- Written Essay (2000 words)
I'll now set about researching varying illustration styles and unconventional musical promotion
